Herbal Treatment for Obesity, Obesity is one of the most deadly enemies of mankind. It is one of the most common medical ailments that people all over the world suffer from. A person is said to be obese if he has excessive body weight. Obesity is a very serious concern and it gives birth to many other serious the health problems. There are a few cases where an individual has no control it as it is heredity or genetics problem, hormonal disturbance, etc. However, in most of the cases it is due to lack of exercise and unhealthy diet. Conditions such as heart failures, respiratory tract illnesses, diabetes and blood pressure problems are all significantly worsened by obesity and can have life threatening consequences. Before getting into the details of how to cure or prevent obesity or how to loose weight, it is important to understand the different factors that lead to obesity.

Having big and fat belly is not only bad for our looks, but also for health. Obesity can cause cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, etc.  

To deal with it, many people choose instant ways using drugs and medicine with its many risk; increasing blood pressure, sleeping disorder, more heartbeat rate, liver damage, headache, kidney’s damage, shock, etc.  

Anyway, I thinks its always better to try natural method such this below:

  • Eat slowly. Chew food on your mouth until its really soft.
  • Eat less meat, add more vegetables and fruit. Food with extra fiber is good for digestion.
  • Average amount of carbohydrate is good, do not eat to many of it.
  • Eat less salt. Avoid soft drinks. Fruit juice is recomended for its function as detox
  • For maximum metabolism, drink at least 8 glass/day of water
  • Exercise always the best, even just a simple sport like jogging and sit up.
  • Go to bed after dinner always bad for digestion.


There’s also some Herbal Treatment for Obesity, you may use aromatic ginger (kaempferia galanga), riceflour, tamarind (Tamarindus indica), brown sugar, white sugar, and salt. Mix and masrh all the ingridients, then put a glass of water. Drink ½ glass every day, and see the result.
